Can't recieve emails

I originally couldn't send or recieve mail. Now I can only send mail but I
still can't recieve messages. I recieve this message. ai keep being asked to
log in over and over again. Thanks Sandy

Account: 'mail.mchsi.com', Server: 'mail.mchsi.com', Protocol: POP3, Port:
110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC17

According to their website, they use port 995 instead of 110...
follow the Outlook Express directions..
