I can't received forwarded messages.

I cannot received forwarded messages from one individual. I don't know if I
am the problem or the problem exists with the sender. How do I resolve this
problem?

What type of mail server? If it's POP/IMAP, do the messages show up on the
server if you check with a web based mail reader?
