Can't receive or sent

's Computer Specifications

I can't make the mdem receive or send (the blu light
wasn't on)although I had connect on. It just not
receiving any response.I had to try several times before
I could get the 'REAL' connection .

*This problem doesn't occur everytimes.

problems with modem send/receive. Your modem may need
new drivers. Your modem may be bad.
