Can't receive from sender

Help: I cannot receive email from one of my family members. I even deleted
all the junk email senders that I had entered and I even put him on my Safe
List, but I still can't received his email.

I called Cox Communications and they said it's not their problem. Can
anyone tell me what else I can to to try and receive email from my sister?

Your sister is a "him"?????

1. Have you ever received email from this person?
2. Have you given them the correct email address? Try sending a message for
them to respond to.
3. Do you use any message rules?
4. Is the person's domain listed in the blocked sender list?

Send an email to your sister, and verify that she recives it. If you like,
doublecheck using a Read Receipt. Then, have her simply reply to that
message - just click reply, type a few letters, then send.

It's possible that she simply has your email address wrong. The process
above should help verify this.
