Yesterday i couldn't send now i cant receive! I spoke to my server provider
Telekom Malaysia and they went thru setting up my email account with me again
but now both send/receive won't work. they have assured me it is no longer
their problem but an Outlook 2007 problem. i dont known who to believe now, i
just know i cant get my mail.

Any suggestions? What more do i need to explain to you all that may help me?

Use the test accounts option, post back any err msg in full

Maybe you AV email scanning is interfering. Disable the AV scanning of emails
