Here is the error message I get. I contacted our ISP and they claim it's a
problem with outlook. I thought someone on here could help.

task pop.charter.net - sending reported error (0x800ccc0f) : The connection
to the server was interrupted. if this problem continues, contact your
server administraor or internet service provider. the server responded :452
4.1.0 <> send quota exceeded: try again later E2210

You might check that your auto send / receive setting is not less than 10
minutes
And if you have integrated anti virus, uninstall the AV and reboot, then
reinstall the AV without the outlook intergration
