Vista supports Outlook (2003 and later), but not Outlook Express.
If your other computer is not running, don't worry about it because
it can't download or delete your messages from the server.
Verizon's email support is a bit of a mess because they have
four different email systems. You will have to pick out the
one that applies to you and follow the prompts:
