I'm using Outlook 2007 beta 2 with multiple accounts.
I would confirm the account settings (are we really pointed to the right inbound server?) I would try recreating the account that is not working. Failing that... perhaps try IMAP instead of POP (if your provider offers it). Next would be to log the conversation between client and server (POP logging) and see if it tells us anything.
