Can't receive email on Office outlook

's Computer Specifications

For some reason I can't receive any emails on my Office Outlook. The problem
started just a few days ago after using it for 2 years with no problems.

Tell us all the info :
What error when you click send receive ?
Exchange server / client ?
Webmail ?
Can you fetch email from another Pc / website ?
Can you SEND email OK ? etc
