I can't receive any mail

I can't receive any mail, I use incredimail and now it won't do anything.
When I try to open it says there is a problem with my server, why is that?

Sorry, we don't support IncrediMail here.
Just the Windows Mail program.
If you have Vista, you will have Windows Mail, so try to duplicate
your IncrediMail problem in Windows Mail, because we can help you
with that.
