Can't read Simplified Chinese.

When I received email (encoding in GB2312), it cannot be read (even I tried
to change the encoding under the view menu).
However, I am able to read it if the incoming email is encoded in UTF-8

Thanks for any help.

You may not have the appropriate fonts installed. Control Panel |
Regional and Language Options | tab Languages | check 'Install files for
East Asian languages'.
