What anti-virus programme is installed?
Do you have a spam problem? A lot of spam is getting very clever into
fooling the recipient to click on a link. The nasties resulting can be
very difficult to remove. In some cases you need to detect the malware
using HijackThis and then manually remove the relevant files. This is
specialist work.
Download and run HijackThis and post details to one of the forums he
lists. You may have to wait several days for a reply. Otherwise take
your computer to a small computer repair shop for cleaning. It's not
cheap.
