XP drag and drop onto the CD won't create a CD that can be used on another
computer that doesn't have the same software (packet writing, IIRC.) You
should use a normal CD writing program (Nero Burning Rom or Roxio's Easy CD
creator are two) and finalize the CD (some programs call this Disk at Once)
to allow the CD to be used on a 98 machine.
