I Can't Reach the Photo Info Development Group

I'm using the MS Photo Info add-in. The development group asked for
feedback, but the page you enter the comments in fails repeatedly with
"Unknown Error"

I can find no other address to contact them so I'll post my comments
here and hope somebody in the Photo Info group will see them.

===========================
o I followed links on the webpage that were supposed to lead to an
FAQ but found none.

o I like the feature that gives EXIF data when I hover over an image
file name in Explorer, but I would like to add information to the
list. That's why I was searching for the FAQ. Specifically I'd like
to add the ISO and whether flash was used. Personally I don't use the
Focal Length info and it's obvious what file type it is, so I would
remove them and replace them with ISO and Flash-Yes/No

It's possible that your camera is adding the
info you are referring to and you just need
an app that can view it.

Try downloading and the installing the
excellent freeware IrfanView.

Download IrfanView
http://www.tucows.com/preview/194967
(get the plug-ins too)

Open an image in IrfanView and go to...
Image / Information / EXIF button.

And here's a freebie that allows for editing
EXIF info:

Thank for your reply.

Yes, I have several applications that let you view the EXIF data. And
XP's file properties does. But this neat Photo Info tool lets you see
the data when you hover over a filename.

Thanks. Turns out it didn't address my question. Has anybody ever
found the answer to their question in an FAQ?

You're welcome.

You should try IrfanView...you will see lots
of info the other apps may not show.
