i cant publish to the web

i own two groups that i publish to.i recently had a few
problems with my p.c. and reformated deleted windows xp
home and about 90 percent of hardrive.then reloaded all
of my needed software,everything is working great until i
tried to publish files to web.i get a list of reasons why
my files are not published but i havent changed sizes or
anything else!!!! help
