Make sure you can open your online site in FP using either
- File Open Site - enter your URL as
http://www.yoursitename.com/
- Browse to the site in IE and try File - Edit w/ FP
If you can't open you site ion FP contact your host to check / repair the FP SE
If you can try reverse publishing - Local to Remote (where remote is your PC based location)
