Are your two work computers on the same network or same connection to the internet, Check firewall for one thing. YOu might try droping one of the computers to a direct connection to the modem if you are using a router that connects your computers together and to the internet. I had the same problem before. It was like one computer was denying the other computer access to that site. Think the hard reload in Explorer is Ctrl+F5, which would clear the history for that site and reload it. Also you could dump the IE cache and cookies using Internet Options.
