cant print text

's Computer Specifications

hello i have a canon printer and for some reason cannot print text all of
the sudden. was working fine, changed all the inks,cleaned the heads, aligned
the heads, whole nine yards. if i print a web home page its fine but e-mails
or typed script i get nothing, natta, blank thanks in advance.

Hi,
Click Start >> Run >> in the command run type in:
regsvr32 ole32.dll click [OK] and Reboot your machine then try to print
e-mails, does this help.

this did not help, id seem to get an error right before it turned off on the
reboot, but it happened so quick i couldnt read it
