I have 2 pc's connected through a hub XP & 98 both were
printing fine to 3 different network printers. Now
nothing. Re-installed drivers software nothing. Both
machines also share internet through same hub and cabeling
and that works fine. Any Ideas?

If the printer is on the XP system, ensure that the user
ID and password that you use to access the Windows 98
system are setup on the Windows XP system. Then make
sure that this user ID and password have the necessary
rights to the printer share. If there are no networing
issues, this should fix your problem.
