Can't print from Outlook

Everytime I try to print an email within Outlook I get a bubble pop up error
saying that I cannot print while not connected to the exchange server.
Well, I am connected to the exchange server, it even says so in the system
tray. And, if I select "work off line", then I can print. What happened?
I am having the same problem on every machine. This used to work. Could it
be something with my exchange server?

Windows Server 2003 Enterprise SP2 with Exchange 2003 Enterprise.
Workstations are local hardwire connection.

Thanks guys,

Dan

Brian,

This is the first time I've asked an Outlook question in Newsgroups. I
posted it in 5 Outlook related Groups, none of which I've ever looked at or
posted to before. I am not aware that the different groups are connected to
each other in some way. As there appear to be thousands of news groups, I
thought it appropriate to "fish" for an answer in several outlook locations
that DIFFERENT people visit. Maybe one person may help me? Is there
something wrong with my thinking here? and what is a MVP anyway? Are you
some type of Microsoft employee? Is this your job, to monitor newsgroups
and respond to questions?

Not picking a fight here, I really just would like to know so I can work
here appropriately in the future. And if there is, can you please point me
to a site, if one exists, that explains the "rules" of newsgroups for, for
what, Microsoft?

Thanks guy,

Dan

In general, posting the same message to multiple groups simultaneously
(called "crossposting"), in a fashion similar to sending a mail message to
multiple people by including multiple addresses in the recipient field, is
perfectly fine. People using newsreaders will see the message only once no
matter how many groups were specified. Posting the same message to multiple
groups one group at a time is called multiposting and is not fine. It means
that people who read multiple groups will see the message as a new message
in every single group. In order to crosspost,. however, one needs to use a
real newsreader, like Outlook Express or Forté Agent. The web interface
Microsoft provides can't accommodate crossposting.
