Can't Print Multiple Copies from WinXP

Can't print multiple copies from Windows XP to HP Deskjet
680C using any application such as Microsoft Word 2000 or
Lotus WordPro.

Can print multiple copies from Win98 using the same
applications and same 680C printer.
