Can't print HTML e-mails or web pages

Win 2000, Outlook 2000, IE 6 all up to date. In fact I
suspect that this started after a win 2000 update.

Non html e-mail messages print fine. HTML e-mail won't
print at all. Can't print "printable versions" of maps on
the web pages, or anything else.

This started about a week ago.

Help please. BM
