Does the printer work properly with other programs? If not, the most
likely cause is that ink has dried in the tiny holes that make
droplets, clogging them.
In the Print dialog, click the Properties button next to the printer's
name. Each printer has a different Properties dialog, but somewhere in
there should be buttons for cleaning the print head and for printing a
"nozzle check" pattern. If necessary, read the printer's instructions.
Another possibility is that the color ink cartridges have run out.
Most printers will tell you when that happens.
