I can no longer print any message body from Outlook 2003. I get the from,
sent part. I have tried the following (unsuccessfully):

* restarting
* printing to a different printer -- one is a Canon iR5050 PCL 5e, the other
is an HP LaserJet 4350 PCL 6 (same result on both)
* downloading and installing the latest print driver
* looking into the settings to see if anything seemed wrong (it seemed ok to
me)

I can print Word documents no problem.

Any ideas? Thanks so much!

Hi did you get this resolved as we have the same problem. I have seen other
posts saying register old32.dll to fix it but it has not.

I had this problem with a user this morning.

I tried deleting the OUTLPRNT file from the user's app data folder
I tried registering the ole32.dll
Neither worked and there is not much else floating around in search results.

What fixed it for me was to give 'Authenticated Users' full control over the Windows\Temp directory.

All up and running :-)

Hope this helps
