can't print all payroll stubs

      6th Nov 2007
I downloaded payroll calculator and I have 7 employees. I entered the
employee info and then their hours all is correct. When I move to the
individual stubs on 4 employees show up. The others are not there. I
printed them and only the 4 printed. How do I get the others to move over.
Everything is the same. Pleae help

Would help if you included the URL of the template you downloaded.

Is it the one for Excel 2007?

Or an earlier version?

On the Individual Payroll Stubs sheet you have to add more stubs.

Select all the rows for the 4 stubs and paste below to give you 4 more stubs.

Change the Employee ID numbers to 5, 6,7 and 8

All other stub data will match to that ID number which is found in column B on
Employee Information.
