Hello Jason .This is absolutely normal for Windows XP because you have
Service Pack 2.
SP 2 includes many security feautures and one of it is called DEP
(DEP = Data Execution Prevention)
This blocks all kind of files that can potentialy be harmful for your PC.
If the file is a trojan or contains a virus ,it can't be executed and this
way the virus is prevented from becoming memory resident.This feauture is
quite helpful.
It blocks only files that *could be* dangerous and only these that comes
from another computer such as those downloaded from internet.
If you click YES/OK ,you'll be able to open /play the file.
