My laptop was installed with a CD/DVD rewriter. When i try to play a CD or
DVD I get the message, please insert CD.

Sorry, but this newsgroup is for questions related to Access, the database
product that's part of Office Professional.

You'd probably be best off contacting the manufacturer of your laptop.
