I have a home network set up with a hardwired desktop and a wireless notebook, both running XP Pro and using a WEFB11S4 Linksys router
On the notebook, I am unable to see the desktop's printer. This is despite the fact that I have set up the desktop's printer to be shared
Also, on the notebook, I am unable to ping the desktop
Please help.

Hi,
Do you have any firewall's installed and enabled?
Also check to see if the Window's Internet Connection Firewall is enabled
and try disabling that.
