Can't ping PC but network connection works fine

's Computer Specifications

This one is a little baffling.
My PC works fine on the local network and connects to
internet, email, servers, printers, etc. but it can't be
pinged (or connected to) from any other PC or server. I'm
running XP Pro SP1 on a Dell D800 over TCP/IP with DHCP
assigned private IP. Any help would be appreciated.
