Can't paste from clipboard

Outlook 2003 SP3, Can copy to clipboard but can't paste anything. Already
tried rebooting PC. Cleared clipboard and added one item, but still can't
paste. No add-ins

Any help greatly appreciated

I have seen this phenomenon with certain add-ons. Try to start Outlook
in Safe Mode (Start | Run | type "outlook /safe" without the
apostrophes). If paste works fine in Safe Mode, then it's one of your
installed add-ons causing it.
