Can't order prints online

Whe I attempt to click on one of the photo companies in My
Pictures, for ordering prints online, I get as far as the
upload page with a JS error message as follows:
Line: 64
Char: 1
Error: 'cx' is null or not an object
Code: 0
URL: http://dell.shutterfly.com/xp/init.jsp

This happens with every other company as well as
Shutterfly. What's my problem?
