Can't open zip files from outlook 2003 in Vista?

Using Outlook 2003 in XP I was able to doublclick on a .zip file attachment
and see its contents. In vista when I double click on the file nothing
happens. How do I get it to work like it did in XP

No different. Do you have a 3rd party compressing tool installed? Can you
open the zip-archive whne you store it to the Desktop first?

Nope, no 3rd party compression tool installed. Yes, I am able to open the
files when I store them on my desktop first.

Can you open other files directly from within Outlook? Is the file being
created in the Outlook Secure Temp folder when you double click it?
