I have a Word 2007 document protected with rights management so only I can
open it. However I am now getting the error

"System clock has been tampered with. Reset it and try again later."

And the file will not open. I tried changing the BIOS clock and then letting
Windows resync it to the current Internet time, but that didn't solve the
problem.

How do I fix this problem?

Are you able to copy the file to another computer and open it there (by
providing your credentials)?
