Hi,
I've tried to set up Windows Mail with Yahoo mail, and it worked well,
though I couldn't send messages... Then I changed the outgoing port from 25
to 465.. Now I can't even open the program without it closing itself again.
Can anyone tell me what's wrong and what to do?

And moreover, Windows Mail has moved all my mails from my Yahoo inbox to
this program... Can I get those mails back?

First, is your Yahoo account a free one, a paid one, or partnered
through your ISP? If free, is it US-based?

Try running the various repair functions in the WMUtil program:

If no improvement, upgrade to Windows Live Mail:
http://download.live.com/wlmail

No, there is no automated or bulk method to return messages to the
server. However, you can configure Windows Mail from deleting
messages from the server in the future
