Hello:

I am using WinXP Pro with SP2. I can open a web page which can redirect
me to another https web page. (By Administrators leve) However, when I
login with general user account, I can't redirect to the web page.

Does any hints?
*PS: Both user and Administrators IE setting is the same. If I have add
the user account to be administrators, it work fine.

This is a stab in the dark but do you have anything installed (like a
firewall or security suite of some type) that prevents domain redirects?

I have check that their is no firewall. I find that it doesn't work only
on SSL (Https) only. Not the redirection.

Any Idea?

Is the site in any one of the IE security zones maybe? The first was a stab
in the dark but I suspect we're narrowing it down at this point and someone
might have more information to follow up on this.
