Windows 7 Professional 64 bit.
Outlook 2007 - 12.0.6514.5000 - SP2 MSO - 12.0.6425.1000

I recently installed this version of Outlook, from Office 2007 Ultimate
(d/l from my TechNet acct - it was posted there 1-8-2010)

When I get a web link sent to me and click on it I get this message:

"Operation cancelled due to restrictions on this computer - contact system
administrator"

This situation was not present in my other Outlook 2007 install, and I can't
find where to "turn it off".
TIA

This is a problem with IE, its not an Outlook error. You need to reset your
internet settings in IE's Tools, Internet Options, Advanced tab. (Or Control
panel, Internet options, Advanced tab).
See http://www.slipstick.com/problems/link_restrict.htm for the latest
information.

Thank you Diane for a prompt and proper response.

Regedits done, all is well.
