I can't open any web links in any received messages. I can copy and paste
them, but can't click and open. I use Outlook 2007. Any suggestions?

Sorry Brian. A message window opens when you click and states, "General
Failure. The URL was: And then it follows with the web address. I have
tried in multiple emails and all are the same.

Try repairing the open action of the "URL:HyperText Transfer Protocol" file
type. If you need to know what the values should be, post again.
