Can't Open Saved Mail

's Computer Specifications

I have a user who did a drag/drop of a mail message (Outlook 2002) to his
shared docs folder.
Now, when he tries to open, it does nothing.
I can open them (LogMeIn) and he can email them, others can open them.
Seems anyone can open them but him.
I just upgraded him to 2003, still no luck.
Ideas?

Google Desktop Search has this symptom.

Are you saying if Desktop is disabled that could solve it?
