I can open Word 2007, but when I try to open a document, nothing happens.
The program stops responding and I have to close Word. I can open a document
from my email, but I can't save it. If I click Save, the same hangup happens
and I have to close. I get the error AppHangB1.

I ran the Diagnostics through Word options and it says it makes a repair,
but I still have the problem. I have also tried uninstalling Office and
reinstalling, and it doesn't help.

I'm running Word 2007 and Windows Vista. Any help is greatly appreciated!!!

You need to post to a newsgroup specialising in Microsoft Word try
microsoft.public.word.application.errors

Using Vista you should not be posting to a newsgroup covering Windows XP
if you want the most informed answers.
