My Outlook has been doing strange things lately. Sometimes I can't move files
to different folders. I get a message saying I don't have permission. Then
other times I can move them without problem.
I have 3 email addresses that use Outlook. In the past, I set rules for
emails received to these addresses to be moved automatically to certain
folders. It is no longer performing this function.
Anytime I try to open Rules Wizard to fix the problems, I get this message:
"This command is not available. See the program documentation about how to
use this extension." When I try to search for information on where to find
program documentation, I come up empty.
How do I fix these problems?
