can't open pst file

i saved emails on disk as pst restored com' now mo wont open it ,i get a
can't open potentially unsafe file

microsoft office 2003 outlook.it was created with trasfer files&settings
wizard on xp

      21st Aug 2007
To open a pst-file you must use File-> Open-> Outlook Data File... from
within Outlook.
