Have you tried un-installing Symatec Internet Security? Also there may be a
properly with Symatec IS that may "lock" the properities on your c drive.
Finally, try the same operation in safe mode if you do not want to
uninstall Symatec IS or try disabling the service and see if you can access
the properities. You can also try using the "Manage" option within W2K to
access the properities of your c drive.
