can't open photos. Get "invalid menu handle" error.

's Computer Specifications

All of a sudden, I cannot open any photos sent via email. Instead I get an
error statement that reads "Invalid menu handle". I have no clue what this
is about. Can anyone inform and assist me?

Sorry, can't help you solve this problem. However, as a "handle" is a C
data structure, you have a software
problem. The data structure contains an address (and other data) for a menu
item.
