Hi: I recently received the blue screen of death and was advised to add some
urgent MS updates -- no idea why the "automatic updates" doesn't do that.
Anyway, after that, I suddenly can't open Outlook to get my e-mail. I am not
computer savvy. Can anyone tell me what to do?

On another subject, why is it that when I look for help, everything refers
to Outlook Express only, not Outlook?

Help for Outlook is not available from win help as outlook is not part of
win, whereas outlook express is
