Make sure the file is not set read only (left-click, scroll to properties).
If that is not the case, run the repair tool against it - scanpst.exe. You
may have to run the repair tool repeatedly, until it finds no errors. Make
sure you do this while Outlook is closed (and not running in the processes,
use your Task Manager to double-check).
