Can't open in new window

's Computer Specifications

I can't seem to right click and open in new window any
hyperlinks on IE 6. It makes IE inoperable on many websites
including this website where I can post a message with
Netscape navigator but can't send anything with IE
explorer. What am I missing? Could it be I don't seem to
have Java VM? If so, how can I obtain this download?
