This seems a bit basic, but it's really gotten me perplexed. Whenever I
browse the web using IE 6.0, I've noticed that I can't open a second, third,
fourth, etc. window on my desktop (the idea being that I'd like to browse
several different sites, in different windows at the same time). Is there
something I've missed in my settings? Anyone have any suggestions?

There is one IE setting (Tools, Internet Options, Advanced, uncheck [ ]
Reuse window for launching shortcut). But I think it might be your popup
blocker.

Is the problem still there when you stop your popup blocker?

Thank you for the suggestions. I've already ensured the IE Setting you
mentioned (Reuse window for launching shortcut) has been disabled.
Additionally, I have both lowered the pop-up blocker setting in IE and have
disabled it all together. None of these three options allow me to open
additional windows. Does that make sense?
