Can't open New Window in IE7!

's Computer Specifications

Using XPhome & IE7. I am unable to open a new window clicking Page>New
Window or control N. Can someone give me the fix for this? All help is

Isn't that because IE7 has tabs? Turn off the tabs feature and see if it
works then.

I've had five customers call in the past two weeks with all sorts of
problems related to IE7. The best thing about it is that it seems to
uninstall pretty cleanly, which is what I'm recommending to all of my
customers. Same goes for Vista.

Rule of thumb: Wait at least six months before installing any major
Microsoft product or upgrade.
