Hi,

Few days ago I reported a problem that was preventing me from updating my
site with the http:// address since I used ftp in the first place to publish
the site. I was told to contact the hosting company to re-install FrontPage
Extensions and try to open it again. I've done just that but the problem is
still there... I can't open my site live with FrontPage.

This is the message I get when I try to open it live in FrontPage: "The
folder 'http://www.tomcogh.com/' isn't accessible. The folder may be located
in an unavailable location, protected with password, or the file name
contains a / or \.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

The folder "http://Website" isn't accessible. The folder may be located on
an unavailable volume or protected with a password.

Alternatively, you may wish to download the FREE Jimco Open Web which

Have you tried both http://tomcogh.com and http://www.tomcogh.com/

The extensions are supposedly installed when http://www.tomcogh.com/_vti_inf.html is checked.

But they could still be corrupt.

Another thing to try is: open the site in your browser and then on the browser toolbar click File > Edit with FrontPage
and see what happens.

Also, when I tried to open it in FP 2003 I was prompted for a user name and password!!
( but that doesn't necessarily mean it would work if entered )
