I cant open my outlook to go read my mail

If i click on outlook to open it to go read my mail I can not open it, I am
connected to the internet but cant open my microsoft outlook page

<sigh> What does "cannot open" MEAN? What happens when you try? Any error
messages?

Did you configure Outlook before you try to use it (Control Panel -> Mail)?
